Fees are available upon request and are discussed during initial phone consultation. You will also receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the cost of treatment with your intake paperwork.

I am an out-of-network provider and offer paperwork for families to submit for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. 

Please note that I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
